We built a brand new Marrano home and added a bedroom above the garage.  Even though there was fiberglass insulation in the ceiling of the garage the bedroom was almost 5 degrees colder in the winter.  You could feel the temperature difference through the carpet.  After we had Buffalo Spray Foam come and insulate the garage ceiling the room has a comfortable feeling just like the rest of the house.  We are so very pleased.  The process was fast and easy.
